Project 365

As I mentioned previously when I talked about my New Year’s Resolutions, I am attempting to take part in Project 365, which documents a year in pictures.  The short and sweet: I take a picture every day of the year.  I thought it would be a neat way to document the year.  We will see how long it lasts…..anyway, here is my first go at it.  I plan on posting every Sunday for the previous seven days (Monday – Sunday).  I would like to post everyday, but I just don’t think I am going to have time for that once school starts in two weeks.

1 (January 1st, 2010)
Reagan decided to hold her own bottle today.  She doesn’t typically get a lot of bottles, but we have been having a bit of a hard time with breastfeeding lately and subsequently she has lost some weight.  I plan on calling the pediatrician on Monday to discuss what we should do.  Until then, I have been supplementing her bad feedings with a bottle.

Reagan’s shoes, Ashley’s shoes.  Yes, the non-walker has shoes.

This is a picture from the doctor’s appointment we had on Monday.  You can read about it here.

5 (January 5th, 2010)
This was taken the afternoon Ash deployed.  We met at a little restaurant for lunch and got one last Starbucks coffee before he left.  I can’t imagine leaving Reagan right now.  I feel so bad for him, but I know that he will make it through.

6 (January 6th, 2010)
I couldn’t decide which picture to use so I am using both.  Yes, that says “9”.  What does that mean you might ask.  That is the outside temperature!!!!!!  Hence the “od” for out door.  For those of you that know where we live, that is FRIGGIN’ INSANE!  I even broke down and bought a snow shovel this afternoon.  If the weatherman if right, the shovel and I will be spending some quality time together tomorrow.  I guess you will know if there is a snowy picture tomorrow…..

I swear that Maggie thinks that Reagan is HER baby.  She is always looking out for her and checking her out when she is on her play mat.  Maggie had a litter of puppies about four years ago.  Her and her litter were found by and American Solder up on the De-Militarized Zone between South and North Korea back in early 2005.  They brought her down from Camp Casey to the military vet clinic at Yongson.  I had already been in Korea for a year and was getting tired of going home to an empty apartment every night.  I went into the vet clinic there on post to adopt a dog.  It was between Maggie and a Pomeranian.  I sat down on the ground and Maggie came running over, jumped into my lap and licked my face.  Needless to day, I didn’t walk out of the vet clinic empty handed.  All of her puppies had already been adopted by the time I got there.  Maggie was such a poor sight too!  She was skin and bones and weight only six pounds (she weighs almost ten now).  We don’t know what kind of dog she is or how old she might be, but we guess that she is some kind of Chihuahua mix and about 6ish years old.

Maggie’s paw print in the 1/4 inch of snow that caused two snow days.  Craziness!

8 (January 8th, 2010)
My mom flew in today to help me take care of Reagan while Ash is deployed and while I am in school.  I am SO glad that she is here.  I also have my drill weekend so she gets to spend some quality time with Reagan while I am working to put food on the table! :-)
8 (08Jan10)

9 (January 9th, 2010)
Early morning commute to my drill weekend.  I had to get up at 5AM this morning to get ready and feed Reagan before I headed off for the day, which gave me enough time to stop at Starbucks.  If I have to get up early (ie: before 7AM…its amazing how my definition of early has changed), I like to make sure there is the appropriate amount of caffeine coursing through my veins.
9 (09Jan10)

10 (January 10th, 2010)
Today I made a detour on my way home from drill and stopped in at Baby’s R Us.  I had a few things to pick up and while I was there I saw these small rattles.  They are the perfect size for Reagan’s small hands and she seems to really like them.  And as with anything else we give her, it went straight to her mouth!
10 (10Jan10)

11 (January 11th, 2010)
The face of teething (note the clenched fists).  I think that Reagan is in the process of cutting a second tooth.  The second one has been hanging out right below the surface of her gums and I have a feeling when we wake up tomorrow Reagan will be the proud owner of TWO new pearly whites!
11 (11Jan10)

12 (January 12th, 2010)
I remembered to take today’s picture right before I put Reagan down for bed.  Such a cute little burrito baby.  Wrapped up tight is still the only way she will sleep.
12 (12Jan10)

13 (January 13th, 2010)
YUM!  The asparagus was delicious.  I roasted it in the oven, something I had never done before.  I got the recipe from my mom, who got it from my dad.  Lay it out in a pan, drizzle some canola (or olive) oil over it sprinkle some salt and pepper.  I also added some diced garlic as well.  It was SO good!
13 (13Jan10)

14 (January 14th, 2010)
This is Reagan’s first time in the stroller attachment.  Up until now she had been staying in her car seat (which fits into a car seat adapter so it fits in the stroller) or the bassinet.  I think she is now big enough to sit in this part now.  Such a big girl!
14 (14Jan10)

15 (January 15th, 2010)
Maggie and Kaia hanging out in their kennel.  They love sleeping in here.  I am SO GLAD that we kennel trained both of our dogs.  It has definitely made life easier.
15 (15Jan10)

16 (January 16th, 2010)
I FINALLY was able to get out and get a pedicure.  First time in a LONG time and it was so relaxing.  And yes, my second toe is bigger than my big toe.
16 (16Jan10)

17 (January 17th, 2010)
This (two teeth)…..
17 (17Jan10 2)

has led to this……
17 (17Jan10 1)
Regan is now chewing and drooling on EVERYTHING.  The second tooth, which has been hanging out just below the surface of her gums for about a week now, finally made its appearance this morning.  Let’s hope that this is the end of teething for a while, since she decided to knock out two of them at the same time four months early.  All the reading I did online said that the average age for teething is seven months.  At just 3.5 months, she’s killing that whole “average of seven months” thing!

18 (January 18th, 2010)
This is my life now, along with being a wife and mom!
18 (18Jan10)

19 (January 19th, 2010)
Doing homework.  YUCK!
19 (19Jan10)

20 (January 20th, 2010)
Reagan eating some paper.  Everything goes in her mouth now.
20 (20Jan10)

21 (January 21st, 2010)
The book that Reagan is looking at is a Winnie the Pooh book that makes all sorts of sounds and lights up.  She loves it!
21 (21Jan10)

22 (January 22nd, 2010)
Such talent!  When my dad saw her big flower headband, he asked if fruit was next, so I had to do this!
22 (22Jan10)

23 (January 23rd, 2010)
Baby Uggs!  I love them.

24 (January 24th, 2010)
Cookies that I made Ash for his Valentine’s Day package.  Hopefully they won’t be too damaged by the time they make it there!
24 (24Jan10)

25 (January 25th, 2010)
Reagan had her four month check-up this week.  She weighed in at 13lbs, 12oz.  That’s a two pound increase since her last appointment on January 2nd!!  The nurse practitioner was a little concerned about her weight gain back at the beginning of the month so this was  a good increase.  She said she is looking great and is a happy and healthy baby!  She barely even cried when she got her two shots.
25 (25Jan10)

26 (January 26th, 2010)
One of these things is not like the other!  The two dolls are from when I was a little girl.  The one on the left is a Gerber baby doll and the one on the right is a Cabbage Patch Kid.  I loved both of them and saved them for her to play with when she gets older.
26 (26Jan10)

27 (January 27th, 2010)
Tummy time and Maggie kisses.
27 (27Jan10)

28 (January 28th, 2010)
Reagan LOVES singing.  I was playing with her when I was watching American Idol.  She was laying down and flipped her head backwards to watch what was on TV.  She stayed like this for about five minutes.

31 (January 31st, 2010)
“Pants on the ground, pants on the ground.  You’re lookin’ like a fool with your pants on the ground!”…..Reagan is wearing a REALLY cute velour set that is 3-6 months, but as you can see, her pants keep on falling off!  She is still so tiny!
31 (31Jan10)

32 (February 1st, 2010)
Cute little hat her grandma made her!  Gotta keep that bald head warm.

32 (01Feb10)

33 (February 2nd, 2010)
LOOK AT THOSE CHEEKS!!  God Lord!  It looks like it hurts.  Her cheeks are shiny from Aquaphor, which is THE BEST might I add.  She is constantly getting chapped skin from all the drool.  Doesn’t it look like she is a little chipmunk carrying her winter supply of nuts in her cheeks!
33 (02Feb10)

34 (February 3rd, 2010)
Zumba is my new favorite thing to do.  Zumba is a mixture of latin dance, hip-hop and aerobics.  When I finish the class I am dripping in sweat but it is truly the most fun I have ever had exercising.  I went four times last week due to the two snow days.
34 (03Feb10)

35 (February 4th, 2010)
Maggie and Reagan checking each other out.
35 (04Feb10)

36 (February 5th, 2010)
I couldn’t decide which picture to use so I decided to use both!  The one below looks like she is trying to say, “Wanna talk?”
36 (05Feb10 1)

Reagan wearing her skirt on her head.  This is the closest thing she is going to get for hair for a LONG time!  She is not happy…..

36 (05Feb10 2)

37 (February 6th, 2010)
Reagan and Kaia.  Reagan hasn’t quite figured out how the jumpy seat works, but she still likes sitting in it and watching what is going on in the kitchen.
37 (06Feb10)

38 (February 7th, 2010)
This is where the dogs go while the little one is napping.  Maggie (the one on the left) barks at everything and nothing, which sometimes wakes her up.  Once Maggie starts barking it gets Kaia going (the one on the right).  Maggie sits in her kennel whining and licking it.  I am not sure why she licks it, but this is something she has always done.  Kaia just sits there looking like someone peed in her Science Diet.  Poor dogs.  I know they will be happy when Ash gets home.
38 (07Feb10)

39 (February 8tb, 2010)
She still loves hanging upside down…..(see Project 365 Photo #28)
39 (08Feb10)

40 (February 9th, 2010)
Kaia loves the snow. Maggie…not so much.
40 (09Feb10)

41 (February 10th, 2010)
We had Reagan’s four month photography appointment today. This is a picture of one of the shots from her newborn photo shoot done by Daphne from Daphne’s Portrait Design Studio. She is A.MAY.ZING! We have our appointment to review her four month photos this Wednesday and I can’t wait.
41 (10Feb10)

42 (February 11th, 2010)
Maggie catching some morning sun. She does this everyday, following the sun as it moves.
42 (11Feb10)

43 (February 12th, 2010)
Reagan’s first Olympics! She liked the fireworks the best.

45 (February 14th, 2010) Happy Valentine’s Day!
Cute Valentine’s Day pajamas.
45 (14Feb10)

46 (February 15tb, 2010)
The morning after Valentine’s Day and so happy! It must have been all the chocolate, hugs and kisses! Look at those teeth!
46 (16Feb10)

47 (February 16tb, 2010)
She loves this bottle. I think that it is the bright yellow color.
47 (16Feb10)

48 (February 17tb, 2010)
I’m gonna get your tongue! When ever you tickle her chin, she sticks out her tongue.
48 (17Feb10)

49 (February 18tb, 2010)
Naked play time is her favorite! She will play like this for over an hour and be as happy as a clam.
49 (18Feb10)

50 (February 19tb, 2010)
This is what I have to deal with first thing in the morning. This is how Kaia acts in anticipation of being fed. EVERY. MORNING. What a clown show…….
50 (19Feb10)

I couldn’t NOT include a picture of Ash’s homecoming. He got home late Friday night from Afghanistan. It is SO GREAT to have him back home. Unfortunately, we are already talking about the NEXT time he has to leave, which is too soon!
50 (19Feb10 2)

51 (February 20tb, 2010)
We spent the afternoon at a local dog park. It was a beautiful day out, high 50’s and clear, blue skies. Reagan loves being carried around in her BabyBjorn looking at all the dogs.
51 (20Feb10 1)

…..and this picture was too cute not to include!
51 (20Feb10 2)

52 (February 8tb, 2010
Showing off her rolling-over skills!

Maggie imitating Reagan…..or maybe it’s the other way around.
53 (22Feb10)

54 (February 23rd, 2010)
Waking up from a nap. Always so happy!
54 (23Feb10 2)

Maggie says, “Everything that I can see with my eye is mine…..all mine!!” I say eye because she is going blind in her right eye.
54 (23Feb10 1)

55 (February 24th, 2010)
I love this motel sign, even though the hotel looks a little seedy……
55 (24Feb10)

56 (February 25th, 2010)
Please let us in, its COLD outside! See the bell hanging around the door knob. We taught Kaia to ring it when she needs to go outside. When she was a puppy she would just sit and sit at the back door waiting to go out. One time she sat there so long and tried holding it for so long that she let a little poop nugget slip out….WHOOPS!!! Hence the bell!
56 (25Feb10)

57 (February 26th, 2010)
More play time and so happy!
57 (26Feb10)

58 (February 27th, 2010)
I already posted about this picture here. Needless to say, our routine that day was shot!
58 (27Feb10)

59 (February 28th, 2010)
We’ve got three pictures for today!
Early morning play time. It was such a beautiful, sunny day outside, although it was still a little chilly.
59 (28Feb10 1)

“Pants on my head! Pants on my head! Lookin’ like a fool with my pants on my head!”
59 (28Feb10 2)

Ash and I decided to get out of the house with Reagan and the clown show (Kaia and Maggie). Kaia and Maggie are terrible walkers. They love it, but have no discipline, although Maggie did a lot better today than she usually does. Maggie has a bad knee and towards the end of the walk when we were heading home I noticed she was limping, so I put her in the stroller storage bin. She really seemed to like it!

60 (March 1st, 2010)
Reagan woke up this morning with some crustys in her eye and with us planning on going to Vegas this weekend, we decided to take her to go see Susan, her nurse practitioner. She hates the eye drops, but they are good for her. This won’t be the last time she is going to hate something that, in the long run, will be good for her.
60 (01Mar10)

61 (March 2nd, 2010)
Kaia is so gentle with Reagan and Reagan is constantly reaching out to touch and pet her. I have a feeling this is going to be a long, loving relationship between the two of them.
61 (02Mar10)

62 (March 3rd, 2010)
Reagan’s new favorite past time…..sticking out her tongue.
62 (03Mar10)

63 (March 4th, 2010)
Having lots of fun playing!!! Look at that double chin. It’s too bad a double chin isn’t that cute on us adults!
63 (04Mar10)

64 (March 5th, 2010)
My acceptance letter to the Vanderbilt School of Nursing Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program. The program is six semesters completed in two years, which means I go to school through the next two summers. The first three semesters I work towards getting my RN and the last three semesters I work towards getting my PNPPC (Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care)
64 (05Mar10)

65 (March 6th, 2010)
On the plane going to Vegas. She did great and ended up sleeping through most of the four hour flight.
65 (06Mar10)

66 (March 7th, 2010)
“Let’s go party mom!!! I’ve got my fancy party outfit on and we’re in Vegas. What are we waiting for?!”
66 (07Mar10 1)

This flower (which was one of six) is made completely out of chocolate…..YUMMY!! This was on display in one of the hotels in The City Center on The Strip.
66 (07Mar10 2)

74 (March 15th, 2010)

This is how we do all of our grocery shopping. Well…..the big shopping trips that require a grocery cart. I don’t feel comfortable propping Reagan’s car seat on top of the grocery cart (plus, her car seat doesn’t have the little notches in it to secure it down). This is what works the best for both of use. She usually spends half the time facing out, looking and smiling at all the people. Then about half way through she starts to get fussy, I turn her around, pop the nuk in her mouth and she drifts off to sleep.
74 (15Mar10)

75 (March 16th, 2010)
Aren’t they so cute! I really need to start using the red eye removal for pictures of the dogs. I’m not even sure if it will help.
75 (16Mar10)

76 (March 17th, 2010)Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!
All the ladies at Reagan’s day care just loved her cute and festive outfit.
76 (17Mar10)

77 (March 18th, 2010)
Beautiful spring day on campus! Too bad I was stuck inside for most of it. :-(
77 (18Mar10)

78 (March 19th, 2010)
Today was a big day in our house! I blogged about it here, but these two pictures sum it up pretty well.

79 (March 20th, 2010)
Three words. I heart Roomba!
79 (20Mar10)
**Please ignore the black dog hair. It’s pretty sad when you need to vacuum your vacuum.**

80 (March 21st, 2010)
There’s a lot going on in this picture so let me break it down for you:
1. Basket of STILL unfolded laundry that had been sitting around waiting to be folded for at least three days. I finally go to it this afternoon. Some things are just more important, ya know?!
2. Toy basket. This makes clean-up at the end of the day SUPER easy and once she gets old enough, we will teacher her how to put her own toys away.
3. There are NO LESS THAN nine different toys out for her to play with.
4. Three pillows to surround her while she is sitting, as she is still trying to get it down. That darn head of hers is just so heavy!
5. Play mat. I swore I would never allow my living room to turn into romper room. Oh well…..some things you just have to let go. I won’t however, let go of my vow to never own a mini van. No offence to those of you that do. I completely understand the practicality behind it, its just one of those things. We all have them….
6. Sippy cup and spoon. We read that we should let Reagan play with a spoon outside of meal time so that she can practice with it and become more accustomed to it. I didn’t realize that she would try to stick the WHOLE thing in her mouth and then decide to fall forward. Thankfully Ash was sitting right there watching her. Needless to say, the spoon is no longer a play thing and has been relegated back to the kitchen.

85 (March 26th, 2010)
A pretty cherry blossom tree on campus. I took this picture at 7AM on my way into the library. I had a big microbiology exam that morning that I was unable to study enough for the night before.
85 (26Mar10 1)

Reagan had her six month appointment today and didn’t weather the shots too well. Now that she is older and more aware, I think she feels the pain of the needles a little more!85 (26Mar10 2)

86 (March 27th, 2010)
I drove up to Ohio on Friday night to attend my friend’s baby shower. Nicole and I were on active duty together and were roomies in Iraq. We lived in a 12×12 cell for 15-months together and both came out of it alive. I think that says A LOT about our friendship!
86 (27Mar10 1)

87 (March 28th, 2010)
My mom bought this for us for Christmas and I FINALLY got to use it today. I LOVE IT! I decided to make three different foods for Reagan: sweet potato, carrot and apple. It was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. You just clean your vegetables/fruit, peel it, chop it up, put some water in and turn it on. About 15 minutes later the food is steamed and you are ready to puree it. We now have about 24 little containers sitting in our freezer full of food for Reagan.
87 (28Mar10)

88 (March 29th, 2010)
Reagan loves her blocks. She especially enjoys knocking down block towers and chewing on them.
88 (29Mar10)

89 (March 30th, 2010)
Something else we discovered that she loves is Elmo. Look at her craning her neck to see him….um her….it….monster thing. I guess I’m gonna have to figure out what Elmo is because she is bound to ask eventually. Any ideas?

I had an appointment at the Women Veterans Comprehensive Healthcare Center this week. It is a full service VA health center just for women veterans, staffed completely by female provides. The doctor I saw was AWESOME and I am so glad that I have such an amazing facility to take advantage of. I know I am lucky, as there are not many of these kind of facilities available to women veterans.

SUNBURN! From sitting outside for 30 minutes.

“Hey Momma!!! I got hair!” I have a felling this is the only hair this poor child will have for quite a while.
97 (7Apr10 1)

I told Reagan that books were good for her. I don’t think she quite understood what I was saying.
97 (7Apr10 2)

98 (April 8th, 2010)
“These dang pants are on my head AGAIN!”
98 (8Apr10)

100 (April 10th, 2010)
I put her down on her back, but this is the ONLY way she will sleep now.
100 (10Apr10)

101 (April 11th, 2010)
It’s been a while since I’ve had some sleepy cuddle time. Now if I only had some audio of her little baby snores.
101 (11Apr10)

102 (April 12th, 2010)
I love me some baby legs!!! I just want to nom, nom, nom on them. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t nom on them on occasion……
102 (12Apr10)

103 (April 13th, 2010)
The Pooh Bear book started making noise and captured both Reagan and Kaia’s attention.

Not sure what is going on with the crooked mouth thing, but she has been doing this a lot this week.

106 (April 16th, 2010)
Beautiful flowers from one of my BEST friends, Caroline. She sent these to me to make me smile, knowing that I would have a hard week with Ash gone. Love her! She is coming for a visit this weekend and I CAN’T WAIT!!!

What a mess!
111 (21Apr10)

112 (April 22th, 2010)
Reagan and her Aunt Caroline. Caroline came out for a visit this weekend. It was SO GREAT to have her out here. I miss her…….
112 (22Apr10)

113 (April 23th, 2010)
One of the reasons Caroline came down here from D.C. was to run the Country Music 1/2 Marathon. She came in 41st. OVERALL!!!!! OUT OF OVER 15,000 FEMALE RUNNERS! She is amazing…..absolutely amazing. I WISH I had that kind of athleticism.
We initially planned on Ash and Reagan coming down to the race a little later in the morning, but because of the weather, Ash and Reagan never made it. :-(
113 (23Apr10)

114 (April 24th, 2010)
Maggie always finds the most comfortable spots!
114 (24Apr10 1)

We thought maybe it would get her to crawl. It didn’t.
114 (24Apr10 2)

115 (April 25th, 2010)
Chasing the dogs around in her car. Poor Maggie. She doesn’t look very happy.
115 (25Apr10)

116 (April 26th, 2010)
Playing with Grandma while Kaia chews on a bone.
116 (26Apr10)

117 (April 27th, 2010)
She LOVES blocks, especially when you stack them and let her knock it over.
117 (27Apr10)

118 (April 28th, 2010)
118 (28Apr10)
Now alls he needs is a set of cymbals and she could look like this:

119 (April 29th, 2010)
Playing outside in the sunshine. This was one of the few nice days be have had.
119 (29Apr10)

120 (April 30th, 2010)
I was on the phone with someone from Vanderbilt and this was the only way she would stop squawking like a bird.
120 (30Apr10 1)

“I’s doin’ my math Mommy!” Helping me with homework. Acutally….she’s so cute she is more of a distraction!!
120 (30Apr10 2)

121 (May 1st, 2010)
Teeny, tiny baby hand.
121 (1May10 1)

Early morning airplane!
121 (1May10 2)

122 (May 2nd, 2010)
It has been POURING ALL weekend. It’s been pretty miserable, but sometimes weekends like this are nice. It forces us to slow down a bit and be a little lazy. Unfortunately, the massive amounts of thunder and lightening have me on edge. Thanks Army!
122 (2May10)

123 (May 3rd, 2010)
Awww…baby hiney!!
123 (3May10)

124 (May 4th, 2010)
Our little Red Sox fan waking up from a nap.

125 (May 5th, 2010)
Playing outside while Mommy throws the ball for Kaia.
125 (5May10)

126 (May 6th, 2010)
Happy, happy! Joy, Joy!
126 (6May10)

127 (May 7th, 2010)
Figuring out the sippy cup thing! She loves apple juice but still has a hard time keeping it all in her mouth, hence the bib!
127 (7May10)

128 (May 8th, 2010)
No more bumper. I could spend hours just watching her sleep.
128 (8May10)

129 (May 9th, 2010)
This is how Reagan woke up. She was still smiling though!
129 (9May10)

130 (May 10th, 2010)
Reagan still isn’t crawling, but she will stay propped up on all fours for a little bit, with some help from Mommy or Daddy.
130 (10May10)

131 (May 11th, 2010)
Trying to pet Kaia through the bars of her crib.
131 (11May10)

132 (May 12th, 2010)
So serious!!
132 (12May10)

133 (May 13th, 2010)
Playtime!
133 (13May10)

134 (May 14th, 2010)
Trying to get Reagan to crawl. It didn’t work. She sure did try though. “A” for effort!!!
134 (14May10)

135 (May 15th, 2010)
Ash and I spent the day painting our living room. It looks so nice! The previous color wasn’t BAD, it just didn’t go with our curtains.
135 (15May10)

136 (May 16th, 2010)
Right after this picture was taken, she toppled over. We also discovered that she can pull herself up to a standing position from sitting on Ash’s knee.
136 (16May10)

137 (May 17th, 2010)
On Monday morning I drove up to Kentucky to visit my friend and Iraq battle buddy, Nicole. Nicole’s daughter, Lily, was born about four weeks ago. I can’t believe that Reagan was once this small!!

Momma….I’m stuck! This happens a few times a week.

Ash’s unit formal. They originally planned on having it at the Opryland Hotel, but due to flooding it had to me moved to the Nashville Convention Center.

144 (May 24th, 2010)

Reagan and grandma taking an early morning nap!

145 (May 25th, 2010)

Working on figuring out how to crawl!

Mollie, my parent’s dog, sunning herself. She actually had to have some cancerous skin growths removed because she spends too much time in the sun!

146 (May 26th, 2010)

Two iPhones and two dogs.

147 (May 27th, 2010)

Reagan sporting some sweet shades! This was taken during our drive from NH to NJ.

148 (May 28th, 2010)

Hanging out on the beach in Ocean City. Ash and I left Reagan at my grandparent’s house and had a few hours to ourself. We walked down the boardwalk, had some Mac ‘n Manco’s Pizza (MY FAVORITE!) and had some cheese fries. It was so nice to spend some time together before he had to leave….again…..

149 (May 29th, 2010)

Yes, that is a Dum-Dum Lollipop. No, I am not the one handing it to her. Reagan’s Great Aunt Amy is the culprit behind this…..and Reagan loved it!

Reagan’s first time on a swing. She loved it and laughed the whole time!

150 (May 30th, 2010)

Once again, Reagan’s Great Aunt Amy giving her something sweet. This time it was cotton candy. And once again she loved it!

Pretty, pretty girl!

151 (May 31st, 2010)

We spent Memorial Day in Pennsylvania visiting my Dad’s side of the family.  Before going to a graduation party for my cousin, Reagan, myself, my dad and brother spent some time with my grandparents.  This is a brick that was laid in honor of my grandfather’s service in the Army.

152 (June 1st, 2010)

My grandma, Reagan, me and grandpa at the Ocean City, NJ boardwalk.  I have SO many great childhood memories of the beach and boardwalk in Ocean City and can’t wait to share this amazing place with Reagan,

153 (June 2nd, 2010)

Reagan spent a lot of her play time underneath this bench and the coffee table.

154 (June 3rd, 2010)

Reagan is ALWAYS on the go now that she has figured out how to crawl.

155 (June 4th, 2010)

Dunce cap!

156 (June 5th, 2010)

Poor baby is hungry!  Actually…she is teething and chomping on anything and EVERYTHING!

157 (June 6th, 2010)

Yummy, yummy watermelon.  Over the last week or so, we have found out that Reagan LOVES honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon and blueberries.  She is such a good eater.

158 (June 7th, 2010)

Cute little sleeper!  She loves to snuggle with her glowing seahorse.  We ended up buying a second one because she has gotten so attached to it and we want to make sure that we have a backup!

159 (June 8th, 2010)

Hanging out on the couch in the morning sun with Uncle Tim.  Reagan’s new favorite toy is magazines.

160 (June 9th, 2010)

This is what happens when Reagan sneezes just as I am putting a spoonful of blueberry and pear puree into her mouth.

Reagan having more fun with a magazine!

161 (June 10th, 2010)

She was so hungry she started chewing on her bowl.  Silly girl!

162 (June 11th, 2010)

Reagan, her grandpa and Mollie.  When we first  got here, Mollie wasn’t too sure of Reagan, but they are quickly becoming good friends.

163 (June 12th, 2010)

Maggie staking her claim on top of Reagan’s toy bin.

164 (June 13th, 2010)

I made chocolate dipped pretzel rods for my friend’s baby shower.  They were dipped in green and yellow and then drizzled with the other color.  I also decorated these three containers.  They looked so pretty and I had such a great time seeing some old friends!

165 (June 14th, 2010)

Messy, messy!  You can read about how this happened here.

166 (June 15th, 2010)

I love her eye’s in this picture.  Pretty blue eyes!

167 (June 16th, 2010)

Trying to stand up using her toys.  She did this a few days later and tumbled over, smashing her cheek into the TV stand.  She now had a big bruise on her cheek.  It looks like her Mommy forgot to clean off her face.

168 (June 17th, 2010)

Kaia, racked out for the night.

169 (June 18th, 2010)

Nothing better than spending a warm summer day on the front lawn.

170 (June 19th, 2010)

Reagan’s first taste of ice cream from Grandpa.  She LOVED it and was not happy when Grandpa stopped giving it to her.  Since it was her first foray into the dairy world (she still eats soy formula), we didn’t want to give her too much.  She handled it like a champ, much better than her lactose intolerant mom.

171 (June 20th, 2010)

Using the couch to prop herself up.  Two weeks ago I couldn’t imagine that she would be standing.  It still amazes me.  I love Huggies Jean Diaper.  The commercial for the diapers is super cute.  Click on the link to watch it.

“My diaper is full.  Full of fashion.  When it’s a number two, I look like number one.  I poo in blue.”

172 (June 21st, 2010)

Now that Reagan is unstoppable, I finally broke down and bought a baby corral.  She isn’t too keen on it, but she is getting better about being in there when I am not in the room.

173 (June 22nd, 2010)

Walking down the stairs with some help from Uncle Tim.  She looks so proud of herself!

174 (June 23rd, 2010)

Pretty girl…lots of teeth!

175 (June 24th, 2010)

Trying to get to Kaia.  Reagan really loves the dogs and both of them are so good around her.

176 (June 25th, 2010)

Reagan is picture with James, my friend Lynn’s son, and only one half of her set of twins.  Her daughter, Lydia, was tired and fell asleep before we had the chance to take any pictures.  Lynn is my friend from college and one of the sweetest people I know.  We have so many great memories together, such as driving around Burlington blasting P!NK, watching Felicity and our shared love of Lilly Pulitzer.

Little Lydia taking a snooze while Reagan and James have their picture taken.

Reagan fell asleep while having her pre-bedtime bottle.  What a sweet pea!  This rarely happens now, so we enjoy it when it does happen.

177 (June 26th, 2010)

Ashley’s dad came for a visit this weekend to visit Reagan.  She had a good time showing him all of her new tricks.

178 (June 27th, 2010)

Reagan and I drove down to Massachusetts to visit my friend Lauren, her husband Will (not pictured), her son Liam, and my friend Stacey.  Lauren, Stacey and I went to high school together.  Stacey is 8 months pregnant and Lauren gave birth to Liam in January.  This was the first time that Lauren and I have been able to get together with the kids since I gave birth to Reagan.  It was great to spend some time with them.

179 (June 28th, 2010)

Maggie spends much of her day sitting in the dining room, guarding the dog food container.  If either of the other dogs comes close, she lets loose with a low growl, warning them that they are in her turf.  She’s not the smartest.

180 (June 29th, 2010)

Reagan and I watching Sesame Street early in the morning (but not too early!).

“Is there something on my head?”

181 (June 30th, 2010)

I guess Reagan wanted some of Tim’s pasta.  She didn’t get any, but it doesn’t hurt to try.

182 (July 1st, 2010)

I don’t have a picture from the 1st of July for this year, so here is a picture from four years ago.  This is from our honeymoon to Mikonos.  It was an amazing trip and a destination that I HIGHLY recommend!

183 (July 2nd, 2010)

Rhode Island sunset.

184 (July 3rd, 2010)

Reagan and her Grandpa on the docks in Galloway.

185 (July 4th, 2010)

The 4th of July was VERY hot.  Reagan fought a nap for hours, but finally gave in and slept outside for about an hour.

186 (July 5th, 2010)

A view of the bay in Rhode Island.  So beautiful!

187 (July 6th, 2010)

Pretty girl in the park.  She is slowing starting to like grass..even tries to eat it every now and then.

188 (July 7th, 2010)

I forgot to take a picture AGAIN.  So here is an oldie but goodie.  This is from a Seattle dinner cruise that Ash and I went on back in 2006.

189 (July 8th, 2010)

That says “4-1″ right?!  Unbelievable…..

190 (July 9th, 2010)

Putting Reagan’s pants (or shorts) on her head never gets old.  The funny thing is that I will put her pants on her head and she will go around all afternoon with them on her head, never trying to take them off.

191 (July 10th, 2010)

Ash is home!!!  It was so good to see him.  I even think that Reagan remembered him.  She didn’t play shy with him at all!

192 (July 11th, 2010)

The dogs love cheese!!  Such beggars!

193 (July 12th, 2010)

Working on getting the picture from my brother.

194 (July 13th, 2010)

Another road trip.  Napping while driving from Rhode Island to Washington D.C.

195 (July 14th, 2010)

Poor Kaia.  She is such an innocent bystander.

196 (July 15th, 2010)

Big girl standing and holding on with only one hand!  I think that she will be walking very soon!

197 (July 16th, 2010)

Reagan and Ash in Newport, R.I.

198 (July 17th, 2010)

Gelato!!  As you can tell, Reagan loved it.

199 (July 18th, 2010)

Hanging out in line for Georgetown Cupcakes!

200 (July 19th, 2010)

This is Caroline and Mark’s cat.  He spent most of his time while we were visiting, sitting on the back of one of the big living room chairs.  He would always look at the dogs with such disdain.  We imagined that he was thinking something along these lines:

201 (July 20th, 2010)

This is one of the boats at the United States Naval Academy.

202 (July 21st, 2010)

President Washington’s tomb at Mount Vernon.

203 (July 22nd, 2010)

Back on the road.  Reagan was so good on our drive back to Tennessee.  She is quite the little traveler.  You can read about some of our travel tips here.

204 (July 23rd, 2010)

Our little sleeper!

205 (July 24th, 2010)

Standing all on her own!!!  She did this over and over today.  She only stood for a few seconds, but we are on our way to walking!

I spent most of the day unpacking and organizing from our long trip up north.  When I was in Reagan’s nursery putting all her stuff away, I couldn’t keep Reagan away from her doll.  She really wanted to play with it, but unfortunately she needs to wait about two more years until she can play with it!

206 (July 25th, 2010)

Reagan has figured out the she has to put her hand in this box to pull out the little toys.  This is a great toy made by One Step Ahead, one of my favorite toy and baby gear companies!  I am glad that she has figured out how it works now!

207 (July 26th, 2010)

Holding her own bottle!!! It’s about time!

208 (July 27th, 2010)

Awake from her nap.  I am still not used to seeing this when I walk into her nursery!

Both Reagan and Kaia are looking for Ash.  How cute!

209 (July 28th, 2010)

Messy spaghetti!  She really liked it, but she made QUITE the mess.

210 (July 29th, 2010)

Toy in hand. CHECK

Toy in mouth. CHECK

Playing with toy.  CHECK!

Reagan loves being thrown in the air.  Lots and lots of laughing!!

211 (July 30th, 2010)

Who needs toys when you have lots of boxes?!

She still loves Sesame Street!

212 (July 31st, 2010)

Run through #2 of using the big cupcake pan for Reagan’s birthday.  I really wanted to do this to try out another icing recipe.  I think that I am getting there!!

213 (August 1st, 2010)

Rotating the tires!!

214 (August 2nd, 2010)

Bubble Bath!!!  Since both Reagan and I weren’t feeling well, I figured a nice hot bath would help us both feel better.

Bubble Head!!

215 (August 3rd, 2010)

Reagan’s seven month photos.  We bought a photo package from Daphne’s Portrait Design here in Clarksville.  The package came with four different sittings.  Her last one will be when she is a year old.

216 (August 4th, 2010)

Playing with her dolly.

217 (August 5th, 2010)

“THIS HOUSE IS A PRISON!!”

218 (August 6th, 2010)

Pretty girl!

219 (August 7th, 2010)

Eating some yummy FroYo!  Reagan LOVES it.

220 (August 8th, 2010)

This is what the dogs were doing while I couldn’t sleep.

221 (August 9th, 2010)

Some people think outside the box.  Reagan is IN the box.  Ignore the snot dripping from her nose….

222 (August 10th, 2010)

Sleeping while Mommy runs some errands.

223 (August 11th, 2010)

She loves books!

224 (August 12th, 2010)

Once again, no pants.  Play time and some kisses from Kaia.

225 (August 13th, 2010)

My new project.  I saw this idea in a magazine and they were charging $40 for it.  I decided to do it myself.  I bought four canvases that were on sale from Hobby Lobby and two different colors of paint (I already had the dark brown and light pink from when I painted her nursery shelf).  The top right is Ash’s hand print and the bottom left is mine.  The other two will be Reagan’s.  After we are done with them they will go in her room.

226 (August 14th, 2010)

I forgot to take a picture on Saturday.  This is a picture that I took two years ago on August 14th, 2008 from Baghdad, Iraq.  This is the flag that was flown outside of the Task Force 62MED Headquarters where I worked.  I was there for a VERY LONG 15-months.

227 (August 15th, 2010)

What a mess!!

228 (August 16th, 2010)

Making pizza!  Ever since visiting Caroline and her making homemade pizza, we have had it at least once a week!

229 (August 17th, 2010)

This book came highly recommended to us by my aunt, who also recommended Baby Wise, which worked great for us!

230 (August 18th, 2010)

First day of school!

231 (August 19th, 2010)

How I feel when I think about all the work that I will have to do for school.

232 (August 20th, 2010)

Looking official!

233 (August 21st, 2010)

It’s the best I could do at midnight.

234 (August 22nd, 2010)

New kicks!  I love them!  They’re the Stride Rite Walkers and look so cute on her.

235 (August 23rd, 2010)

Reagan loves to clap!

236 (August 24th, 2010)

Oh yummy!!!  Cupcakes from Gigi’s in Nashville.  The cupcakes are SO good, I only wish they had a little less icing.

237 (August 25th, 2010)

Reagan and Lily.  Lily is my friend Nicole’s little girl.  Nicole and I were roommates in Iraq.

238 (August 26th, 2010)

Ashley and I bought this cute little dress in Honduras, before we were even married.  I love it on Reagan!

239 (August 27th, 2010)

My first day wearing my lab coat.  Such a weird feeling.

And my super sweet Dansko’s.  They’re ugly, but comfy.  I only wish that we didn’t have to wear WHITE shoes.

240 (August 28th, 2010)

Singing into her microphone while playing with her tambourine and maraca.

241 (August 29th, 2010)

She loves this teddy bear!  Chewing on his nose is her favorite.

242 (August 30th, 2010)

Reagan playing with her maraca, tambourine and microphone that plays music.  She loves this toy!  She just recently figured out that if she “talks” into the microphone, it plays music.

243 (August 31st, 2010)

It’s hard to see Kaia in this picture.  This is where the dogs park themselves whenever Reagan is in her highchair.  They circle like sharks, waiting for a crumb to hit the floor.  It makes clean-up very easy!

244 (September 1st, 2010)

I forgot to take a picture this day so this is a picture from September 1st, 2009.  I remember feeling HUGE and breathing was really difficult because Reagan was so high.  She never did drop….

245 (September 2nd, 2010)

Reagan caught a glimpse of her shadow in the glass.

246 (September 3rd, 2010)

Stare down!

247 (September 4th, 2010)

Reagan in Mommy’s ugly nursing shoes.  They may be ugly, but they are SOOOO comfortable.

248 (September 5th, 2010)

It’s football season!

Kaia hugs!

Open mouth baby kisses!  Reagan’s new favorite thing is giving us kisses.  More often than not, we get a lot of baby drool with it as well.

249 (September 6th, 2010)

The sunrise on my drive to school.  Ignore the dirty windshield.

250 (September 7th, 2010)

As pretty as the drive can be (see above), I’m usually looking at this.  Lots and lots of traffic.

251 (September 8th, 2010)

Reagan loves riding on Kaia’s back.  I’m not so sure about how much Kaia likes it though.

251 (September 9th, 2010)

Reading with daddy.  Our living room walls ARE NOT bright yellow, like they look in the picture.

252 (September 10th, 2010)

Reagan and Mommy.  I bit my lip.

253 (September 11th, 2010)

That’s a tired baby!

254 (September, 12th, 2010)

Always getting into something!

256 (September 13th, 2010)

Not something you want to see.

257 (September 14th, 2010)

Reagan spent a good part of the afternoon with her snack cup on the end of her hand.

258 (September 15th, 2010)

The fear in Maggie’s eyes is priceless.  Maggie is not a big fan of Reagan, who favorite activity now is chasing Maggie around the house.  Poor dog.

259 (September 16th, 2010)

Look!  No hands!

Wearing Daddy’s boots.  She’s so small!!

260 (September 17th, 2010)

Playtime at the park.  It was such a beautiful day and the perfect way to end a not so good day for me at school.  She loves the swings.

Starbucks after the park.

Shaquille O’Neal called.  He wants his sneaker back.

261 (September 18th, 2010)

We used this big lollipop as a prop for Reagan’s 1 year photos.  She loved the lollipop and ended up so sticky!

This doesn’t happen very often any more.

262 (September 19th, 2010)

Our dining room is now the command center for Operation Get Erin Through School.

Cup of coffee – check

Flash cards – check

Study partner (Maggie) – check

263 (September 20th, 2010)

Mini popsicle!

Trying alternative methods to study.

264 (September 21st, 2010)

Bed time with Maggie!

265 (September 22nd, 2010)

ALL DONE MOMMY!!  We are working on weening her off of the bottle.

266 (September 23rd, 2010)

Happy Birthday Reagan!

267 (September 24th, 2010)

This is what my Friday nights look like now.

268 (September 25th, 2010)

Baby butt!!!

269 (September 26th, 2010)

Helping Mommy study.

270 (September 27th, 2010)

This pretty much sums up my feelings about this semester.  Don’t get me wrong….I LOVE the nursing school, but it is a lot.

271 (September 28th, 2010)

Baby in a box.

272 (September 29th, 2010)

Reagan loves milk out of her straw sippy cup.

273 (September 30th, 2010)

I forgot to take a picture this day, so here is one from exactly a year ago.  She was only a week old and smiling in her sleep.  It was the cutest thing!

274 (October 1st, 2010)

Yummy pizza!

275 (October 2nd, 2010)

They might be done for the season, but we are still Red Sox fans!

276 (October 3rd, 2010)

Sharing Grandpa’s toast.

277 (October 4th, 2010)

Playing is hard work.

278 (October 5th, 2010)

Lots of play time means tired baby at bed time!

279 (October 6th, 2010)

WHAT. A. MESS!  Mac and Cheese!

280 (October 7th, 2010)

This is what happens when Reagan gets diaper rash…..she spends most of the day nekid!  This is the first diaper rash that she’s had since the summer, so our switch to chlorine free diapers has been great.  Before switching, it seemed like she was getting terrible diaper rash every other week.  And no, the wet spot on the deck is not pee.

WHAT?!  You don’t play without your pants?

281 (October 8th, 2010)

Time out corner.  She might too young to understand time out, but she knows that when I put her in the corner, she did something bad.  It has worked for us so far!

282 (October 9th, 2010)

This is The Wiggles face.  Totally zoned out.

Reagan and Mommy.

283 (October 10th, 2010)

Mommy’s feet are so funny.

284 (October 11th, 2010)

Reagan LOVES mashed potatoes. The great thing about mashed potatoes is that I can mix in her other foods into it and she ends up eating some of her chicken and carrots too!

285 (October 12th, 2010)

Cranky pants.

286 (October 13th, 2010)

This is the cutest little outfit.

287 (October 14th, 2010)

Sneaking some of Mommy’s hummus. She LOVES hummus too!

288 (October 15th, 2010)

Waiting for breakfast. I can’t believe how big she looks in her high chair.

289 (October 16th, 2010)

Pumpkin patch!

290 (October 17th, 2010)

Laying with grandma. I love this picture. Reagan’s eyes look so pretty.

Playing outside with grandma while Mommy is at school.

291 (October 18th, 2010)

Sleepy baby. Reagan has perfected sleep eating.

292 (October 19th, 2010)

Driving to school.

Kaia doing what she does best.

293 (October 20th, 2010)

Playing with grandma’s cell phone.

294 (October 21st, 2010)

Baby in motion.

295 (October 22nd, 2010)

I forgot to take a picture for this day, so here is a picture from a year ago. Reagan lost her umbilical cord and so we decided it was time to give her a real bath.

296 (October 23rd, 2010)

I love this picture. Reagan loves to get a running start and flop down into my lap.

Birthday party!!

297 (October 24th, 2010)

This is our new playtime helmet.

Just kidding. Reagan’s super cool bike helmet.

298 (October 25th, 2010)

Is it sad that some mornings when I am leaving at the crack of dawn and it is still dark out, that I look at this and I am jealous. I get jealous of my sleeping dog….how sad.

299 (October 26th, 2010)

My favorite pajamas.

300 (October 27th, 2010)

Out for a walk with the new bike! It is even equipped with a toy cell phone and cup holder.

301 (October 28th, 2010)

Acting silly. Who knows…

302 (October 29th, 2010)

Costume parade at day care. Reagan was trying to open a piece of gum. She was not successful.

303 (October 30th, 2010)

Waiting for Daddy to get home!

Sleepy baby. Sleepy Mommy.

304 (October 31st, 2010)

Walking down the sidewalk after church.

305 (November 1st, 2010)

This is what studying at 6AM looks like.

306 (November 2nd, 2010)

307 (November 3rd, 2010)

Bed time bottle.

308 (November 4th, 2010)

Maggie always knows where a basket of clean laundry is located and makes it her bed. Thanks mutt-face!

309 (November 5th, 2010)

This picture doesn’t do the view justice. The left side of the sky is beautiful and the right side is stormy. It was so cool looking!

310 (November 6th, 2010)

Cranky pants. One word…..ADORABLE!!!

311 (November 7th, 2010)

She wants to be just like her Mommy!

312 (November 8th, 2010)

Trying to teach Reagan about the periodic table. I don’t think she understood it.

313 (November 9th, 2010)

Playtime with Mommy and Daddy.

314 (November 10th, 2010)

This is a strange thing to see in the rear view mirror. Such a big girl, in her big girl car seat, sitting facing forward!

315 (November 11th, 2010)

Eating paper…..still….

316 (November 12th, 2010)

Books, books, books. Still her favorite toy.

317 (November 13th, 2010)

Mommy drinks because you cry! Just kidding. We were dumping this wine because it was BAD and Reagan was crying. Perfect picture opportunity!

318 (November 14th, 2010)

Unpacking Mommy’s school bag. She does this almost every day.

319 (November 15th, 2010)

My new Scentsy warmer. I love it!

320 (November 16th, 2010)

Forgot to take a picture today. This is an oldie but a goody!

321 (November 17th, 2010)

When my mom was here, she would sit on her bed and let Reagan play with her make-up case. Reagan loved pulling everything out, looking at it, and then putting it back. When I told my mom about Reagan’s new temper tantrums, she put together two little bags with stuff for her. I have these on stand-by when Reagan decides to have a melt down while I am making dinner. Thanks mom!

322 (November 18th, 2010)

Yummy, yummy mac ‘n cheese (from Panera Bread)!

323 (November 19th, 2010)

Driving into school. It’s still dark. And foggy. Ignore my disgustingly dirty windshield. The picture looks MUCH worse than it actually looked.

324 (November 20th, 2010)

Reading time!

325 (November 21st, 2010)

Playing with books. AGAIN!!

326 (November 22nd, 2010)

Reagan heard that smearing banana on her head would make her hair grow. It’s not working….

327 (November 23rd, 2010)

Bottle and Sesame Street…nothing better

328 (November 24th, 2010)

This doesn’t happen much anymore, so I have to document when it does.

329 (November 25th, 2010)

Yummy Thanksgiving Dinner!

First snow of the season!

330 (November 26th, 2010)

Maggie is not impressed.

331 (November 27th, 2010)

Walk in the field.

332 (November 28th, 2010)

So pretty. Nothing better than a fire on a cold winter night.

333 (November 29th, 2010)

Watching while we decorate.

334 (November 30th, 2010)

We bought this hat last year. It is labeled as 0-3 months. It still fits.

335 (December 1st, 2010)

336 (December 2nd, 2010)

Back from a run and feeling great!

337 (December 3rd, 2010)

It took a lot to get the three of them to sit still long enough to snap a picture.

Reagan’s first significant blood. She tripped and smacked her head on the corner of the kitchen cabinets. I really thought we would be heading to the ER, but it was just a superficial wound and very little blood. We were lucky!

338 (December 4th, 2010)

Giving hugs to Kaia!

339 (December 5th, 2010)

Reagan loves this Christmas dog. It barks Jingle Bells and its tail wags.

340 (December 6th, 2010)

Hurricane Reagan. She isn’t happy until EVERY. SINGLE. TOY is on the floor.

341 (December 7th, 2010)

Ash had a stomach bug over the weekend and gave it to me. I had to leave class because I thought I was going to throw up. I ended up going to Student Health and in the middle of taking my vital signs, I threw up. They banished me to the “sick room”. The LPN told me that she had been told that smelling an alcohol wipe can help ease nausea. I ended up putting it on my nose and it worked!

342 (December 8th, 2010)

Sitting on Kaia, the evil dog with green eyes.

343 (December 9th, 2010)

344 (December 10th, 2010)

Maggie makes herself comfortable on our Christmas Tree skirt. We put our Christmas Tree on a box to elevate it because it is so small. I am determined to find a taller, pre-lit artificial tree after Christmas when they go on sale. This tree looks like Charlie Brown’s Christmas Tree on steroids.

345 (December 11th, 2010)

Helping Daddy build a fire.

346 (December 12th, 2010)

347 (December 13th, 2010)

This is how I study now. Since I live an hour away from Nashville, we resorted to video chatting. My friends go somewhere to study and I dial in to join them. It worked SO well!

348 (December 14th, 2010)

First hair cut.

349 (December 15th, 2010)

Really. In Tennessee?

Reagan’s new kitchen stool. She loves to watch me cook and now she can and be safe at the same time.

350 (December 16th, 2010)

New hair. I decided to have a long-ish bang cut into my hair. I love it, contrary to my side smirk.

351 (December 17th, 2010)

Sleepy baby on the airplane.

352 (December 18th, 2010)

Santa, Take #1: FAIL.

Reagan is much better at opening presents now, as compared to her birthday party two months ago.

353 (December 19th, 2010)

Playing with Daisy, Reagan’s Great Aunt and Uncle’s little Yorkie. Reagan LOVED playing with her, stealing her ball and playing fetch.

354 (December 20th, 2010)

Reagan riding the doll hobby horse.

355 (December 21st, 2010)

Baby mohawk!

356 (December 22nd, 2010)

Santa was not a good experience.

357 (December 23rd, 2010)

358 (December 24th, 2010)

359 (December 25th, 2010)

Reagan, Uncle Tim and me!

360 (December 26th, 2010)

Driving back to NH in the middle of the night in order to beat the blizzard.

361 (December 27th, 2010)

Blizzard of 2010

362 (December 28th, 2010)

363 (December 29th, 2010)

Going for a walk around the neighborhood.

364 (December 30th, 2010)

Reagan trying to sneak a cookie.

Ash and I out for the night.

365 (December 31st, 2010)

Getting crazy for New Year’s Eve. Lame, yes, but we have never been big on New Year’s Eve.

  • Hi! My name is Erin and welcome to my little slice of the internet. I'm a 29 year old OIF veteran, lover of Patriot football, Zumba addict and full time student. I started this blog to keep my friends and family informed on our growing family. My husband is on active duty and the Army has us stationed far away from our families.

In August 2010 I began my graduate studies at Vanderbilt University. I am studying to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and plan on graduating in August 2012. It has proven to be a tough exercise in time management and balance, but anything worth it requires hard work!!

    Thanks for stopping by!
